1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery—plenty of time to try on your new pieces before your next adventure.
- To qualify: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (with tags attached and original packaging intact). This ensures your vacation dresses, printed styles, and casual outfits can be enjoyed by another traveler.
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. What’s Covered (and What’s Not)
✅ Eligible for return/exchange:
- Items that don’t fit (we recommend checking our sizing chart before ordering, but we get it—sizing can vary!).
- Styles that don’t match your vacation vibe (e.g., a floral maxi that didn’t pair with your beach plans).
- Minor discrepancies in color (note: screen settings may affect how colors appear—we do our best to showcase prints accurately!).
❌ Not eligible for return/exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., hemmed skirts, removed tags).
- Defects caused by improper care (please follow our care instructions—e.g., hand wash only for delicate fabrics!).
3. Easy Return Process

- Get approval & address: We’ll reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and our designated return address.
- Ship it back: Pack the item securely and send it via a trackable shipping method (keep the tracking number for reference). Return shipping fees are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
